Foam production

BEST PUR Polymers has a state-of-the-art production facility that produces flexible PUR foams using the free-foaming method. The production process is based on high-pressure technology, which offers advantages in terms of physical and mechanical stability and increased strength parameters of the foams produced. Finished products are conditioned in the form of 30-metre-long blocks, which we cut to any size before dispatch and delivery to our customers. In addition to production infrastructure, BEST PUR Polymers also has an appropriate storage and transport base. As a result, our customers can count on punctual deliveries without having to commit part of their resources but instead focus on their own business. We produce foams using the best components available on the market while also taking care of the environment. We offer a variety of foams in many grades, and our range is extensive enough to meet the needs of every customer. The foams produced by BEST PUR Polymers are primarily aimed at the upholstered furniture and mattress industry, but we are also open to many other industries:
